How We Work
Step 1: Plan, Select and Customize
- Plan your annual production by varietal
- Select Vino-Pack product package that includes bottles, labels, closures and totes
- Select bottle type and color
- Select Closures including capsules
- Select tote bags types and quantity
- Confirm label vendor
Step 2: Finalize
- Communicate bottling plan and label details – 6 weeks before bottling date
- Provide label requirements and contents
- Proof labels and approve
- Communicate final bottling dates and varietals – 2 weeks before bottling
Step 3: Receive and Bottle
- Confirm you are on schedule 2 days before bottling
- Receive products 1 day before bottling; including an Overage Pallet with 5% additional supplies, in case of excess juice availability
- Complete bottling and labeling
- Vino-Pack will come by within 2 business days to pick up remainder of the overage pallet inventory
